Golf Tournament and Dinner
The proceeds from the
tournament to benefit St. Michael's Catholic Church.

Registration and
Buffet Lunch at 11:30 am to 1:00pm at the Club House Patio, Shotgun Start is at 1:30 pm.
We will appreciate golfers be on time to guarantee a successful event. Each team will consists of four players.
The evening will commence with a Gala Dinner at Scopazzi's Restaurant, 13300 Big Basin Way in Boulder Creek. No-host cocktail bar and silent auction at 5:30pm, dinner at 6:30pm. This will be followed by presentation of prizes, raffle, and live auction. |

Early Bird Registration Discount before September 5, 2011 - $135.00 per golfer
Price includes the following: Catered Lunch, Snacks, Delicious Dinner

Awards Presentation
Followed by Dinner at Scopazzi's Restaurant
($45 each for dinner for non-golfers)
