Golf Tournament and Dinner
The proceeds from the
tournament to benefit St. Michael's Catholic Church.

Registration and
Buffet Lunch at 11:30 am at the Club House Patio, Shotgun Start is at 1:30 pm.
Immediately following the tournament there will be a no-host
cocktail reception, dinner and silent auction at Scoppazi's
Restaurant in Boulder Creek for each golfer and a guest.

Price: $125.00 per Golfer which
includes the following:
Buffet Lunch, Snacks, Delicious Dinner
Green Fees, Golf Cart
Gifts, Prizes, Hole Contests
Awards Presentation
Followed by Dinner at Scopazzi's Restaurant
($40 each for dinner for non-golfers)
Dinner Choices: 1) Cross Rib Roast Beef, 2)Salmon and 3) Vegetarian
Dinner table assignments will be groups of 4 to 10 people. We will
try to have the foursomes with their guests at the same table

Hole Sponsors will have their name and/or their business advertised on a T sign at the hole.
All Sponsors and other Donors of cash, goods or services, will be acknowledged in a brochure
handed out at the dinner.

Each year, St. Michael's
is faced with the task of raising funds to cover on-going
church expenses. With this year's event, 100% of the proceeds will
benefit St. Michael's Catholic Church.
